payment/ price information

♦ Full cost MUST be paid in full before any work starts.♦ Additional characters cost the same as the base price unless stated otherwise.♦ Payment is to be made via paypal unless prior arrangements to another form (i.e. ko-fi, stripe, etc.)♦ Payment shall be made in USD unless agreed otherwise to pay in gbp.♦ Refunds can only be given if work has not been fully completed. In which case the refund given will be the difference back. I.E. If I have finished the lineart, you will get the difference back for the colour and shading.♦ cancellations by me will result in a full refund.

ordering + Using the art

♦ Provide a clear reference to your character or written description and pictures if a reference sheet is unavailable.♦ make note of any particulars that need addressing, such as a particular marking that is easy to miss.♦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.♦ You may not use my art for profit unless prior agreement has been given.♦ i reserve the right to post the commission piece to use as samples and self promotion, unless prior agreement.♦ i reserve the right to refuse difficult customers, this is including: overasking for edits, overasking for updates, haggling and spamming.♦ you have the right to post the art on any socials/ print off/ use in any way for personal use only.♦ when posting online, link back to the most relevent site to credit me for the work.♦ if you have a deadline please let me know to see if i can work within that. otherwise it will be subject to a rush fee of 25% added onto the total cost.♦ By ordering a commission you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out on this page.♦ you may not use the art for nft's or anything that makes profit.

Process + revisions

♦ artwork usually takes between to 2-6 weeks to complete unless stated otherwise♦ art is worked on 4 days a week, when requested i can tell you the days working that week.♦ my trello is updated regularly, if you wish to see the queue/ keep track.♦ i send a wip through every stage of the commission. i will not move on until you have given approval. sketch > lineart > colour > shading (when applicable)♦ unless it is a minor change, you may not ask for any major changes to a prior stage. this is why i ask your approval.♦ please be aware of my art style before commissioning me. asking me to change my art style will result in a cancellation of commission and refund given.

Physical Art

♦ fursona id badge sizes are: 11.2cm-7.7cm♦ normal conbadges sizes are: 13x17cm♦ [redacted] sizes are: 5cmx5cm♦ please make sure your address is correct, i am not to blame for an incorrect address. i will double check with you before ordering.♦ i do not make the physical items in house unless stated otherwise. these will be coming directly from the supplier to the customer. if there are any errors, please let me know within a week of ordering.♦ when applicable, tracking will be available.♦ colours may be different from the digital file to physical format due to the printing process.
